About the Role:
Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeepers and Breakfast Attendants (MUST HAVE HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE) to join our growing team in Cumberland, MD! Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and restock supplies as needed
- Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast service areas in a timely and organized manner
- Greet and assist guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming dining experience
- Monitor and replenish breakfast food items, beverages, and condiments throughout service
- Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and food safety protocols at all times
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized supply cart and storage areas
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or breakfast attendant experience required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
